- If you have more
than 4 unexcused absences, your final grade will be lowered by half
a grade. If you have more than 8 unexcused absences, your final grade
will be lowered one full grade, etc

Quizzes
- Quizzes will be
about content and grammar, and we will have a quiz every other week
- You cannot make
up a missed quiz unless we have arranged it beforehand,

Homework
- Every Thursday
you must hand in a summary of and a small essay about a text read in class.
- Begin with half
a page of summary and half a page of essay / analysis, and work towards
finishing the semester with one whole page of each.

Presentations
- Every week a student
will make a short presentation in Danish either about a topic we have
covered, or a topic of your own choice

Midterm
- Will be a take-home,
due on Thursday, March 11

Oral Exam
- Will be on Wednesday and Thursday, April 28 and 29.
- You will have
preparation time and 15 minutes examination time

Final exam
- Will be a written
take-home final covering text and grammar, due on Friday, April 30

Movies
- You will watch
movies with and without subtitles during the semester.
- At least 4 essays
must be about the movies.
